How to Exercise Your Rights

To make a data subject request:

  1. Email support@akilidex.com with the subject "Data Request"
  2. Include your full name and the email/phone associated with your account
  3. Specify which right you wish to exercise
  4. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:

  • Notify the Data Protection Commission within 72 hours
  • Notify affected users without undue delay via email and in-app notification
  • Describe the nature of the breach, data affected, and steps taken to mitigate

  • Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission of Ghana
